Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to the Site and to the forms described below, including the Revenue Snapshot request, the related follow-up questionnaire, and the Indoor Golf Operator Benchmark Study. It does not apply to separate platforms we link to, such as our client portal or LinkedIn profile, which operate under their own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log basic technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. Our forms also use a hidden field and a basic timing check to help detect automated spam submissions. This information is used only for that purpose and is not used to identify you personally.
The Site's code includes lightweight hooks that can report simple events, such as a form being viewed or completed, to a tag management or analytics tool if one is connected. By themselves, without such a tool connected, these hooks do not transmit any information. The Site does not currently use cookies or local storage to track visitors. See "Cookies and Analytics" below.
